During the first 30 days of your SSL certificate, you can ask us for a refund if your SSL isn’t doing what you wanted.

If you need your certificate reissued, just get in touch and we can do that for you – as long as it is a reissuable certificate. Some, like the RapidSSL certificate, aren’t.
