Need a replacement?
All our SSL certificates are provided with free re-issues during the lifetime of the certificate. These re-issues are unlimited and fully supported – meaning we are on hand to help with the reissue process, and even do this for you. However, with a RapidSSL certificate, you will have to process re-issues via your MySSL® portal only - no reissue assistance is provided for RapidSSL. For re-issue support, upgrade to at least RapidSSL PRO. Please note, ALL certificates come with technical (CSR, installation etc) support.
SSL247 refund policy
All Certificate Authorities that supply SSL247 with digital certificates operate under rigorous practices and policies. However, if you are not completely satisfied that your SSL247 certificate works as intended, you may request a refund within 30 days of the certificate being issued. You then have an obligation to cease using the certificate. Upon the acceptance of your request, SSL247 will refund the full cost of the certificate.
