You may encounter the following error message:
Error 80092004 occurred, your certificate may not be correctly installed

Three reasons of the occurrence of the error message:
- Change on the computer since the enrolment of the certificate
- A different computer is being used to install the ID.
- The ID has been installed already and you are attempting to download and install the ID a second time.
Use the same computer, browser, login, and password that used for the enrolment of the certificate to install the certificate.
Changes such as security updates can lead to making the certificate un-retrievable. If the problem persists, you must reissue your certificate with your MySSL account.
