To ensure alignment and enhancement of security parameters for re-issue requests, Sectigo CA has recently deployed some changes to reinforce the existing policy of not allowing changes to organizational details on re-issues if the certificate has been issued for 45 days when the request was made by API.

Specifically, we are adding logic to support a new parameter to the AutoReplaceSSL API. The parameter will be IgnoreLateOrgDetailsChanges=Y. When this parameter is supplied for OV and EV orders, where the original certificate on the order was ISSUED more than 45 days ago, the organizational details from the CSR, and from other parameters passed to AutoReplaceSSL, will be ignored and the organizational details from the most recently issued certificate will be used instead.

To clarify, this new parameter has the effect of suppressing the error that has been recently occurring when organizational details are being changed during a replacement order and the order falls outside of the free refund period.
