CCM uses SASP's WHOIS lookup facilities, for which you can view the logs by constructing a URL of the following form:

Is intended only for support requests (tickets with issue type support request) and support bug (tickets with issue type support bug).

That is direct issues from CCM customers that need resolving or developer assistance

To escalate an issue, find the ticket on the board and right click. Move to top to escalate issue or bottom to de-prioritize.
