How do I change the e-mail address associated with my Sectigo account?

In order to change the email address associated with your Sectigo account:

  • you will need to send a request from the Admin email currently associated with the account to [email protected].


If you are unable to send the request from the email address which we currently have on record

  • then the new email address for the account must be at a domain which is currently associated with the account and has been validated.
  • it must be an email address which can be reasonably assumed to go to someone with administrator level rights on that domain, such as:

[email protected]
[email protected]
[email protected]
[email protected]


An email address which is listed as an Administrative or Technical contact in the domain WHOIS information is also acceptable.

If you need to make other changes to your account information Submit a ticket here . Make sure you select "Account Changes" on the form for the "Reason for the ticket"
