How to reset password for MRAO for SCM?

• Check for the email address in SCM for MRAO email address.
• Send an email to the MRAO with a callback phone and a code (user-generated)
• MRAO calls in with a code, tech resets the password and verifies that the MRAO can log in

This can be done by support agents and does not require validation team.
