In order to update the current 1095 years e-mail notification,

1. login as an MRAO administrator
2. click on SETTINGS
3. click on Email Template
4. select the template of your choice
5. click 'Edit'
6. locate the Term field
7. and replace ${termYears} Year(s) with:

#if(${isTermYear} == 0)${termYears} Year(s)#else${term} Days#end
