What do I need to renew an SSL certificate?

You will need a new CSR for the domain and your user name/password.

If you cannot remember your user name or password, please contact the support team.
They will need details of the domain name, and/or original order number to locate the details.

NOTE: User Name and Password details are not provided over the phone
